Before You Leave

Please remember the following:

• Check-out time is 10:00 AM
• Wash all dishes or load and start dishwasher
• Close all windows
• Turn air conditioner to 85 degrees
• Take out the garbage (if you are in a home, please take the cans to the curb or dumpster)
• Please wash all laundry except the last days laundry or there may be an extra charge
• Remove dirty linen from roll-away
• Remove dirty linen from sofa beds
• Remove dirty linens from beds that were used
• Place all dirty laundry on the floor in one of the bathrooms or bedrooms
• Please drop keys and gate card in the box at the front door to our office unless you have been instructed to use the lock box at the front door to the property you are renting
• Don’t turn the a/c below 72 or it will freeze up
• Leave the refrigerator & settings at 5 or they will freeze up
